Returns
We strive to provide our customers with high-quality product and excellent service. However, we understand sometimes returns are necessary. This policy outlines our process for returns and exchanges.
Return Timeframe
To be eligible for a full refund, you must return your item within 14 days of the original item received date.
Eligible Items
All unopened and unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return or exchange. This includes most items sold on our website.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized items, including pet tags.
- Products made to order or customized to your specifications.
- Items purchased using a discount code or promotional offer that explicitly states non-returnable.
Product disclaimer
Please note that due to limitations of monitor and device screens, the actual color of the product you received may appear slightly different from the images displayed on our website. Additionally, due to inherent nature of the materials used, there may be slight deviations in the product's size measurements and its shape.
For reasons outlined above, returns and exchanges based solely on colour, size and shape discrepancies are not accepted.
Return Process
To return an item, please follow this steps:
- Contact us: Send an email to support@ebie.biz.my within 14 days return window. Briefly explain your reason for returning the item and provide your order number.
- Await instructions: We will review your request and respond with within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
- Return the item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided in our return instructions attached to the email we responded to.
- Shipping costs: You are responsible for paying for return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your provided method of payment. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of initiating your return, please contact us at support@ebie.biz.my and we will investigate the issue and revert back to you within 2 days.
Exceptions
In rare cases, we may consider exceptions to our return policy, such as for late returns due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
